Hunter Facilities & Project Management Pty Ltd (ABN 41 629 298 399), trading as Hunter FPM, respects the privacy of the people who visit this website and who deal with us. This policy explains what personal information we collect through hunterfpm.com.au, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, role, email address and the description of your project or facility. Form submissions are received and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, and emailed to us.
When you browse the site we collect usage information through Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This information is aggregated and does not identify you by name. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. You can prevent this by using a browser setting or extension that blocks analytics cookies.
We do not collect payment details through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to prepare a proposal.
- To understand how the site is used so that we can improve it.
- To keep a record of our dealings with you as required for professional and legal purposes.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for marketing lists without your consent.
Who we share it with
Personal information is shared only with the service providers that make this site work: Netlify (hosting and form handling), Google (analytics) and Microsoft (email). Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We do not otherwise disclose personal information unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any engagement that follows, and then for the period required by our professional records obligations. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months.
Access and correction
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing info@hunterfpm.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first at the address above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
